Compassion
Care that begins with listening, not assumptions.

Dr. Ware is a family physician and the founder of Shiloh Family Medicine in Alexandria, Virginia. He built the practice around a community that speaks many languages, observes many traditions, and carries many different histories into the exam room — and around the conviction that all of that belongs in a medical plan, not outside of it.
His approach is unhurried and practical. He explains findings in plain terms, invites family members into decisions when patients want them there, and coordinates directly with specialists so nobody has to carry their own records across town. That work has earned recognition from Marquis Who's Who in America and, more importantly, decades of returning families.
Every clinician and staff member at the practice is held to the same ten standards.
